Hey there Im 25M

I have developed this sweet body oder so it was the beginning of summer and i wore my new underwear it was very unbreathable and i wore them for 4 days ( I changed daily lol i got 4 pairs) so i noticed that im itching alot in near my balls so i saw rashes on the V line idk how to describe it like thighs area close to balls anyway so i got a cream candid B i used that for 7 days the rashes disappeared but the sweet smell was there it annoys me so much especially on the right side its always there i shower daily but when i sweat during the day it smells mildly but in the morning when i wake up from sleep it smells so bad i was so done with the smell i used betadine for 10 days the smell was almost gone but when i stopped using it came back i used body mist to cover it but its itching so much i washed it off please help me out what should i do about the smell idk whats happening i usually have itching during summer but the smell is first experience for me any advice please

Just wanted to add one thing its only smelling in right side of my thigh left sometimes smells and my armpits smell normal 😅

So im 25 i was sponsored by my dad but now i have to find another one because after 25 a father cannot sponsored sons i was thinking maybe i should get freelance visa but some typing centres said that it's no longer there u have to find a sponsor or go to a company ask them for visa and idk which company will do that i heard about green visa but it requires 15k salary or more i am a freelance i work with event companies for short periods what should i do please can yall help me out

So i had a very scary experience this morning i was asleep and having dreams and suddenly woke up and the room was spinning and i kept blinking and tried to make it stop it lasted like 40 sec or something and then obviously i was panicking i started feeling so hot so i decided not to sleep so i sat on my bed and was feeling dizzy and weak i was scared to stand i thought i will faint or fall anyway made it to bathroom and my hands and legs were shaking while i brushed my teeth anyway i prayed and like i usually do i was fine but then i was so worried And googled it up and it said something serious is happening with me its a warning so now im very worried please help me out this has never happened to me yes i keep feeling dizzy i thought maybe its because of the hot weather but this level of spinning it really scared me everything was moving left and right i felt my eyes are rolling like crazy please help me out I was feeling dizzy again but didn't it went down idk whats wrong i saw that heart failure also does it idk what to do im going crazy

I have never experienced this before i used to feel dizzy and alll but i thought its because of summer or i might be dehydrated so today i was having a dream i do not know if i was changing my position or what happened but when I woke up and saw everything spinning for like a minute or less and i immediately panicked because never experienced this i used to feel dizzy but this was different experience and i was feeling so hot and i couldn't sleep anymore so i sat and felt dizziness and went to bathroom and i was feeling so shaky and weak anyway i feel better but idk what's happening i did Google it says its warning something serious is about to happen so im extremely scared and came here i cant go to the doctors rn i have no job and no money and i don't wanna ask anyone i feel embarrassed
