Having an issue where,.on trying to launch the YouTube app, it transitions to show the banner as if it's loading, the screen goes black, then it returns to whatever screen the app was launched from (home screen, app store)

So far I have attempted:

• Uninstalling and reinstalling app

• Unplugging the TV for 5 minutes, then plugging back in and turning on.

Neither has made a change in the result.

Thoughts? Next step? Am I gonna have to factory reset?
