Anyone know anything about this NBA Jam? It looks like a somewhat recent build. The seller told me it came from a company in Portland, Oregon that was working with Adidas called Set Marketing. Looks and plays like it’s brand new. Going into a brewery/food pod location where I run a pinball route.
A 10 year old who comes to my pinball league and his dad called me last night excited after buying their 3rd game. Close Encounters. They told me I had to go look at this Aladdins Castle. $100 this morning and a 20 min drive. It works great. Rebuilding the flippers tonight and it will live at my friends elderly father’s house for him to flip on! Don’t get a $100 deal often these days!
Put this beauty out in the wild last month. Restoration work done by Portland Pinball Repair. It had been living in a basement in Seattle for a decade needing some love. Made its way to Portland with me accompanied by a Hardbody and Airborne which are almost ready for their public debut.
Just picked up 1974 Delta Queen. Needed more repair than I initially realized. Lightning flippers will stay on until I get a parts order to fully rebuild the flippers. Had a wacky mismatch set of old Gottlieb and modern Williams logo flippers on when I bought it. Purchased from the son in law of the original owner. This river queen lived most of its life in LA and then road tripped to Portland. Has been in a loft viewing the Willamette River for the last decade. Will be playable on location for a few weeks before I bring it home.
