Question about possibly being Phished and hooked

I posted recently about my account being hacked and someone from a VPN accessing my account that also added 2 other comcast customers emails accounts to my accout somehow.

I know at some point the comcast.net domain will be phased out for a yahoo domain.

I recieved an email saying if I want to keep my comast email, I need to update it. It looked official and took me to an official looking website. So I went through the steps to upgrade it.

I am only realising that I may have been phised becasue Im getting those emails again and to what looks like obvious fake websites. Im saying to myself that I already went through this procedure.

So my question is: was that official looking email and website asking me to update my account about a month ago also a phishing email ? Are xfinity sending out notices to users to update their email accounts to keep them ?

Hadware Key Battery Low

My 2FA Hardware key ig getting low and only has 1 bar left on the battery. Is there anyway to change the battery on these keys ? or do I need to contact CS for a replacement ?

Someone logged into my Xfinity accout

This was startling . Woke up this morning to a message someone logged into my Xfinity account at 5:45 am from IP address -212.56.53.32-

I called security and they locked my account and changed my PW.

Would anyone know who owns this IP address or shed some light on who it was?

For someone living in England

A father has passed away in England 2 years after his wife's passing and has 2 daughters. The father leaves a ~100,000 GBP estate and each daughter is named in the will and 50% beneficieries.. But one of the daughters is seriously ill and could die soon and has a son named Ted. If this daughter passes away before probabte is completed, does the remaining daughter get the full estate or does Ted still get his mother's 50% of the estate?
