With external factors being equalized, which ODI pair is superior? Ganguly-Tendulkar or Kohli-Sharma?

Apologies if this has been asked before, I'm not a sub regular.

Bangladeshi fan here. Was a big fan of ICT during the pale blue kit days. Dada is always beloved by us and Sachin is the modern GOAT, so I might be biased. And I get opening vs. one-down is not an apples-to-apples comparison but it was a fun thought exercise.

Given modern training methods, pitches and more batsman-friendly rules in general, do you think Ganguly-Tendulkar pairing would be more effective in a modern game than the Rohit-Kohli partnership has been in ODIs?

Why do so many Chicago cyclists and e-scooters run red lights and stop signs?

Preface: Not trying to spread hate. I am an erstwhile cyclist. I support bike lanes. I always watch for bikes and scooters before making my turns.

Having said all that, a lot of cyclists and scooters make driving a hazardous exercise in this city. I live near a six-way intersection, and cyclists and e-scooter riders constantly, and confidently run red lights (over 50% of them which is crazy to me).

Running stop signs in narrower, older roads during busy times (e.g. Lincoln Park byroads on a weekend) also makes it very difficult to compensate for their behavior and not accidentally hit someone.

Is there some sort of legislation that legalizes this behavior? Is there a forum where I can request folks to not do this? I don't want to hit someone and alter a life forever while I have the right of way.

Help a noob build a lightweight commuter for ~$2500

Need a lightweight commuter for Chicago streets. I've only had Walmart/Marketplace no name bikes so don't know enough about bike parts, where to buy from and don't have all the tools.

My considerations-

7.5 kgs/16.5 lbs range weight. Bikes get stolen from where I live and where I work. I'll carry it up to work and my room every day.

Suspension stem to provide some shock absorption for the massive potholes I have to negotiate.

Relatively straight/flat handlebars. Drop handlebars don't work well for negotiating narrow city bike lanes.

How much should I budget for labor since I'll surely need help assembling stuff? What are trusted sources for parts? Is there an off the shelf option or do I need to hunt for deals?
