Pearlbird mask is such BS

So many people like me got the mask on our 1st pearlbird kill ever... for me that was close to when the game first came out. Now I'm farming on my definitive edition character and I killed 250 birds camping outside cierzo with a halberd. These devs are doing something I swear

Irrigation pipe from backflow dives directly underneath a padio pad, plus leaking sprinkler valve "box" underneath the pad

Either the builder or some previous homeowner thought it was a decent idea to pour over the sprinkler valve manifold and other irrigation pipe in an area that reaches sub zero temperatures. Naturally, there are leaks in some of the valves as well as one in the pipe (I think it's HDPE, maybe Blu-Lock?)

There are 9 valves, 4 are extremely difficult to access being directly underneath concrete and one is basically incased in concrete. In the 2nd picture, there is wiring going to the encased valve.

The simplest fix is to saw cut the concrete to make the access opening larger and fix the manifold and exposed leaking pipe which should make the system work. I'll have to find some kind of valve box / cover to make this work or DIY one.

On the other hand and probably the most correct solution is to relocate the manifold entirely, likely to the yellow boxed area in the 1st picture. For this possibly rerouting the pipe from the backflow to the left and above the concrete pad instead of diving below it. This is going to require a whole bunch of digging to connect to the existing 9 zones, however.

I'm wondering how some of you would handle this. I'm an amateur so it's tough to get an idea of what either option is getting myself into.
