It’s come to my attention that the data boys have started bringing their nonsense to LinkedIn. On behalf of the enlightened Nigerians - abeg leave this nonsense on Twitter and stop embarrassing us.
I don’t know how much you are being paid to post; but tell the person paying you to leave LinkedIn out of it.
Hey everyone. I’m Nigerian-American who has been looking at Nigeria with some concern. I have noticed that not only are majority of Nigerians tribalistic, individualistic, but some of them are very short term thinking.
I’ve been educating myself and reading books such as “There was a country” by Achebe seeing people get kidnapped and get slaughtered and I’ve come to believe that Nigerians don’t care about anyone but themselves.
It’s quite embarrassing and I often thank my parents for leaving when they did (during Abacha). I know I wouldn’t have achieved half what I been if I was born and raised back home. It’s disappointing to say a least to see a country deplete in such a level but tbh - Nigerians deserve their leaders.
Hopefully there will be a change (I doubt it) but there is no hurt in hoping.
Don’t laugh but I have bought NVIDIA at the average price of $190 and I just been late to the game. Am I too late to the party and should I keep holding. I currently hold 100 shares.
