BMW Financial Services Lease Approval Question

I have a question for those BMW Finance Managers out there. I burned BMW Financial over 10 years ago in a BK 7 due to a business loss. I had several BMW Financial loans that were paid on time prior to the loan that was included in bankruptcy. As well, I included a BMW credit card in the bankruptcy.

I've rebuilt my credit profile, with several car loans, car leases, and a paid off mortgage since then. All three FICO auto enhanced scores are in the 800s. Would BMW Financial let me back in? Or is there a "lifetime" blacklist? I am hesitant to give them a shot but I've pretty much gotten back in with all the lenders I've burned so far, so I am fairly confident. However, I don't want to waste an inquiry if it's an absolute no go.

I appreciate the insight. Thanks!

2025 Audi Q6 etron

I have a 2025 Audi Q6 etron that was having many ongoing software issues over the course of my 10 month ownership. The car was out service a total of over 90 days in 10 months. My neighbor recommended I get a lemon lawyer before reaching out directly to Audi, in case they deny my claim. The attorney would be already ready to file a suit if so. I am sorry I did that. I retained a lawyer with great Yelp reviews, and the intake specialist mentioned I should still proceed with opening a buy back case directly with VW Group (Audi), because if they do not respond within 30 days, I can sue for the full value of the vehicle due to "negligence." I did as I was told and opened a case with Audi. Fast forward, and the intake specialist filed the lawsuit exactly 30 days after I contacted Audi, however, Audi explicitly communicated to me that their team needed another week to finalize their decision. I shared that with the law firm but they pushed the lawsuit through anyway. A week later, I received a fair buyback offer without having to sue.

The intake specialist became rude and irate when I mentioned that I want to drop the suit and take the buyback offer since I would get rid of the car, and have a check in hand in two weeks (rather than waiting 6-18 months through a lawsuit). I feel like they were not acting in my best interest as a client, rather, they were eager to file the suit to maximize their attorney fees. Now I am waiting to hear back from the attorney to discuss next steps. It's been days of me calling without a response, so I decided to proceed with signing the direct buy back offer.

Now I am confused on how to handle this law firm. Should I retain a back up firm in case this firm tries to bill me for some arbitrary amount? Or should I just email them a letter terminating our relationship? I appreciate any insight.

So I have a major dilemma. I've had my heart set on a Birkin 40 for a while, and want to pull the trigger but I am hesitant to because of the 19% import/tariff duties (I always source my QB bags from Asia). Birkin 40s tend to go for close to their US retail prices at most of the Asian resellers (which I can justify in my mind). But now, that I am looking at 19% tariff, I'm thinking I should entertain sourcing a HAC 40 instead from a US reseller. I love the size and masculine look the HAC gives, but I'm afraid it may be too heavy to lug around in any practical way. Does anyone have a side by side picture of both? I would use this bag as an addition to carry stuff around during short weekend trips. Rarely would I fly with it. As well, does anyone know how much is the HAC 40 retail price in the US after the 2026 price increase? TIA
