Where can I cash a check (not personal) with a picture of an ID?
Its from a class action ($150) I got my wallet stolen i need to replace all my stuff I only have a pic of my passport and my CDCR ID. It has my name on it and it's legit so dont ask if Its fraud -_- $10 for whoever can help me out once I can cash it out.
