I’m so confused this is the first time it’s happened to me. I’ve accepted 5 different orders and as soon as the pickup timer hits or shortly after I accept it, the order gets cancelled. it was raining super hard here for a while idk if that has anything to do with it.. anyone else have this happen?
I’m coming from Kohl’s to Walgreen in a management role. Kohl’s has been a nightmare for the past two years. Hours cut to the max and still expected to get 3 jobs done. How has Walgreens been and for those who have worked both, which is better?
I live in an area where some orders, roughly 15-20% I don’t get cell phone service. Do any of you all have this issue and how do you go about? I’ve had to deliver some items, drive 2 miles back into cell range then contact support to complete the order. some times I have to preload the route on Maps because I know I won’t be able to get the next stop to load. So Annoying.
