Ok to start im 229.6 lbs and am 5'6 13m i have just recently started working out at a gym as I'm kind over tired of being obese and have reduced calorie intake to about 1200 to 1500 calories a day and have restricted my diet to meat cheese and eggs how long until I should start to see any sort of progress also for extra info I work out Monday and Wednesday for 1 hour with lifting stretching and carrying
