Easy Ways for money?

Hey guys! So I came back to GTA online after not playing since covid. I am really enjoying it but I was amazed at how ridiculously expensive everything is now. I get how it is something to grind for, but damn!

I work an 8 to 5 so I obviously don't have enough time to grind that much.

What do you guys recommend to get a couple millions that won't require me to play for 8 hours straight?

I am not trying to get crazy rich, just have enough to buy the businesses, bunkers and all of that and get started.

Itunes Appstore charge

Hi! I live in Mexico and my wife has been getting this monthly charges in her account (MXN).

We cancelled her card and got a new one, but she keeps getting charged and we have no idea where it is coming from.

The catch is, we do not own any apple product at all. No iphones, ipads, apple tv, itunes, nothing.

Do you guys have any idea where it may be coming from?
