29F - EST - Looking for workout buddy/accountability partner

Hi! I am looking for a female accountability partner for a fitness and glow-up journey. I'm 29, working on weight loss, improving my skincare/hair care routines, building confidence, and creating healthier habits. I'd love someone who can help me work on a fitness routine and can check in a few times a week, share goals, celebrate wins, and keep each other motivated. To be honest, I have no clue what I am doing, so someone that can help guide me on my goals is also a plus!

Edit: I think I found a partner, or at least a few different wonderful people to work with as partners. I wasn‘t expecting this much response, thank you!

Hello everyone! I could use some advice.

I have a bachelors degree in archaeology. After I graduated I worked on two short CRM projects before realizing my health and migraine diagnosis was something I needed to prioritize before returning (for example, my migraine attacks happened several times a week). I had some other undiagnosed issues I needed to sort out as well. Admittedly, it took about 5 years to sort everything out but I am very happy to say that my migraines are now completely under control and my other health concerns are accounted for.

During that time, I have dedicated my time to working as a Job Coach for the developmentally disabled community in my area. The way that things are going, it seems I will be losing my income source and it sounds like my employer may be dropping my program. This does make it the perfect time to return to doing something that uses my degree. I have also spent some time at volunteering at the local museum every week which lead to me recently enrolling for a Masters degree in Museum Studies which is in line with my ideal career goals.

Questions:

- How feasible is it for me to return after not spending much time in CRM in the first place.

- How can I refresh myself on CRM and practices. Anything new I should know? Any online courses I can refresh myself with?

- Recommended shoes. My previous pair were very heavy, I’d like something breathable and light weight. Waterproof is a plus.

- Ladies, what advice do you have for managing your cycles while in the field. Preferred products for example.

- My migraine med is a 1x monthly injection. Advice on keeping these medications filled when they are needed especially for working outside your home state.

I know that I will have more questions that will likely come up through discussion.
