I’m uploading my certificate of motor insurance (letter of enrolment) from Zego delivery and it keeps rejecting it ? Not sure why, if anyone can help plz

Just got my first car the other day n feel like I forgot how to park + never had to park in between 2 cars so just feeling shook to do it 😭

I’m looking at buying an a class that’s done just under 100k miles. It’s a 2018. What do you guys think ? I know very little about these cars or cars in general. Any help much appreciated:)
