Correction to OSAP Income - Fall 2026

Howdy yall - posted a similar post in the OSAP but figured someone may have also been in an equally stupid boat as me.

Long story short, I accidentally omitted a 0 from my spouse's income information (turns out copy and paste is actually NOT accurate, who would've thought), and now need to make a correction ASAP. I have all other required documents uploaded, minus the "consents, declarations, and signatures of spouse" as we need the updated income on it.

I'm a bit confused as to who I'm contacting for this correction - do I email the "OSAP information change request" form to service hub or do I utilize the "additional documents" upload on the OSAP website. My application was sent mid last week, with the app only being in received ATM.

Thanks a ton!

Correction to application for Fall 26

Hi all - beating a bit of a dead horse but I realized I made a mistake with my spouses income (turns out copy and pasting directly from their notice of assessment isn't accurate. who would've thought). Am I able to rectify this through the optional uploads link with a letter outlining the necessary change in income or do I have to go through my school's financial aid office? My application has only been received, we're in the process of getting all required documents uploaded but we'll need the income updated in order to print and sign the "consent, declarations, and signatures of spouse" form.

Course Delivery

For courses that have multiple delivery options am I correct in saying that the course can either be taken entirely one way or the other? Obviously online only spots are first come first serve/subject to availability but I would like to be prepared for how frequent my commute to campus would be.
