I have a phone that is over five years old (I am not under the impression that my current phone is "worth anything"). I went into a store to try and find out what deals/promotions I qualify for since the t-life app just claims i am qualified for everything (I'm not, I know that) and then changes its mind when I try to buy a phone.

The guys at the store had me turn on my phone and go to the t-life app, then they told me to browse that until I found the phone I wanted and I could have it delivered to my house.

I came here to have the guy that actually works for the company tell me what/if I qualify for any promotions. Please , I just want to know and to buy a phone. At this point it's easier to just buy one off Amazon.

It seems like the only people interested in selling me a phone are the Costco kiosk people.

I think I want a Google pixel 9a or 10a. Also, the guy at the T-Mobile store said that they only carry four phones in stock at that location, wtf
