Isn't including real life people conflicting with the reasoning behind original euro design not including real life monuments/places?

Don't get me wrong, I really like the new designs and well I wouldn't mind seeing banknotes with for example Eiffel Tower or Roman Colosseum too, but someone in EU offices thought it would be bad idea to include real landmarks as it could lead to some tensions between countries over value of their sights, so it would be very confusing to see them approve this design that is even more offending, I mean it literally ties for example greece's representative to 5€ while austria's to 200€. Again, I don't mind it at all, but someone might feel otherwise.

"Eh, it operates pretty similarly to the US. its just a bunch of smaller governing bodies dictated by a larger governing body. Its just a reinvention of a republic"

The topic was what feels and is european
