I have this exact system of waterers for my quail hutch. I’ve kept quail this summer, and I’m preparing for the winter. It can get very cold here in the Midwest, and I’m worried about my ability to keep their waterers from freezing.

Help me brainstorm some options for this 1 liter watering system to keep from freezing?
I’ve been titrating up to 2.5mg of compounded semaglutide with no additive (this week will be my 2nd dose of 2.5), and I’m in my 5th month on sema altogether. I spent 1 month on each 0.25, 0.5, 1.0, and 1.5 so far.
I have thankfully not experienced any negative side effects. However, I have not experienced ANY of the desired effects either. I’ve had no reduction of food noise; I actually feel like I may be craving sweets more than before. I’ve had no reduction of appetite, and do not feel fuller earlier in my meals.
I am using refills.com, and have had no issues with the service itself. I did reach out to the physician with this information and requested feedback, and am waiting to hear back.
I went to my Internal Medicine doctor two weeks ago, and noted less than 5 pound difference, but weight fluctuation for women can vary up to 5 pounds throughout the course of a day and through menstrual cycles.
I’m feeling defeated. Financially this was already such a huge stretch in my family’s budget. I feel immense guilt even considering switching to tirz because of the cost difference.
I would love to know if I am not the only one who experienced this. If you have, what did you end up doing?
