Just sent my wife a text and had to brag about it somewhere?

Married 10 years and we can get carried away with life some times. I cant share stuff like this with my macho buddies so I came here.

TL;DR No complaints or advice needed. Just happy im in a good marriage, we still make an effort.

Ive been asked to help teach some recent graduates going of to college the fall. Ill have about 1 hr for 4 students. I've got a pretty good idea what I'm going to teach, but I'd like to brainstorm here and hear suggestions? Obviously, Im recommending they start attending classes near campus when they get there.

I prefer Diet Murder, all of the fun none of the calories.

But ive also heard Involuntary Yoga, Struggle Snuggle to name a few.

How do you deal with the "Ok, cool, now what?"

P.S. im not going to quit just because i got a new peice of cloth.
