Did something just hit the ground?

Wife and I stopped in the Westerville dicarlos pizza location tonight. We’ve never had it and never been and walked in assuming, since it advertises slices, what we could make a quick two slice order to try it. However, once we learned that it was not the case and required to be cooked we decided to leave. At that point, the man behind the countered grumbled “the slices are already halfway done!” We assumed this meant if we ordered it would be a short wait.

We sat down waiting for our order and after more than 15 minutes had passed I asked the other employee how much longer. When they said at least 5 minutes my wife and I said we just wanted the coke bottle we ordered and were ok on not getting our slices. This is where things got wild.

The man behind the counter starts freaking out on us for being impatient, despite us placing in order because of his initial response, and flipped out. He grabbed $5 and threw it at me while yelling at us about how we were “the most important people in the world”. Things quickly turned into him screaming at me and when I asked his name he stated “my name is f*** you!” Which he then repeatedly yelled at me. The other employee was mortified. He also mentioned he is the owner of the place and “doesn’t give a f*** about bad reviews.”

I didn’t take kindly to this and there were also children entering the store, which he did not care one bit about. I went to leave and he began screaming that I was a “f*****” repeatedly.

I went back in to record his behavior while his e player was pleading with him to stop with his behavior. He did not listen. However, as soon as my phone came out he went straight back to work and did not mutter a word. Once I put my phone away and again left, he began screaming “Get the fuck out of here you f****** f*****!” Repeatedly.

The most unhinged man I have ever met in my life. We will never give that place any business and it is appalling he is a representative of that town. It was our first time walking through and as we were commenting on how amazing that downtown had become, our night there was ended by this guys behavior.

Never experienced anything like it in my life. Maybe it’s a one off but I’d say based on the employees reactions, his quick use of “f*** you” and “f*****” I’d say this is pretty normal for him.
