I am in my second semester studying bsc csit from outside the valley. After spending and studying for almost a year today I think it's better to go abroad to study. I know this will be very tough for me to study and manage my expenses but I feel it is better to struggle at this age.

I am a first year BSC CSIT from outside the valley. Me and my Friend recently applied for our first hackathon. We don't have much knowledge about coding to build websites although we have good knowledge of C ,C++.
We thought we would do vibe coading and use GitHub and make presentations but at the point we got rejection.
They don't even provide us the proper reason. I don't know how to explain but at the moment I feel very uncomfortable about this.
Please provide me the proper guidelines to follow before applying for a hackathon.
