advice

hey! about an hour ago i rolled my ankle pretty hard and hit it on some concrete flooring. there was no pop or tearing sounds, just a bit of pain from impact. i’m able to walk on it fine as well as roll and bend it, but it’s just a pretty sore on my heel and on the side where it hit. so far there’s no bruising or swelling, but i’m keeping it wrapped and elevated with ice. should i go to urgent care or just wait and see if the mild pain goes away?

stress or just exploring?

this is greg! i just got him a bit ago and put him in his temporary cage while the other one is being delivered. he’s been exploring, eating, and cleaning himself, but he keeps going to the walls and slapping his hands against them. is this a sign of stress or is he just exploring his new home? let me know!

advice

are bin cages still considered okay? my friend is rehoming her hamster and he’s coming to live with me (yay!) she had him in a 10 gal tank so i got him a new enclosure (a bin cage). i’ve had hamsters live up to three years in a bin cage perfectly fine, but i’ve seen some people dissing on them recently. i’d like to get a tank, but i can’t find any budget friendly ones. what are some things that i can add to the bin cage to elevate it for the hamster and make his life a bit better? any advice is welcome and appreciated! thanks :))

update: i found a cheap enclosure that fits all the measurements and it’s on the way for the little guy! :D

(USA) Masters degree cost/thoughts

Hey! I’m currently a sophomore in college pursuing a degree in psychology. It’s my dream to be a child and family therapist. I know that I need to get my masters to actually get anywhere with my degree, but I’m super worried about the cost and such (I don’t want to go into debt and stay in debt if that makes sense). I just wanted to hear from people that are more knowledgeable in that aspect before I bite off more than I can chew.

How much did you end up paying for your masters? What does the yearly income look like (if you’re a therapist)? Just things of that nature.

Literally any advice is wanted and appreciated!!!
