Hi guys,

So there is like this company that sells pretty cool looking cd players online called kickback that seem like a legit company. I ordered the retradisk cd player for them on august 1st. Around mid august I asked when orders would ship, they said 10-15 days it has now been a month and nothing has happened I emailed them multiple times over the course of a couple weeks but they never responded! What is the general consensus on this company and should i wait or just try to cancel my order?
