Been struggling a lot with sleeping and waking up on time.
For past 10-12 days, this is happening, no matter how early or late I go to bed, I just wake up after 10am. I have tried going to bed early around 10pm , but I only fall asleep around 12.30 to 1am. So i decided like, let's go to bed around 1am, then I fall asleep soon, but I wake up late. I kept my phone out for 3 days, same result. It's like I hate going to the bed, but when day sets in I hate waking up overall. I feel like a different person while asleep, like I can sleep over my consequences, throw at me whatever like that. My final exam is in 2 months. I have to review topics and looks like my sleep is my first enemy in the last minute..
