27F, thinking about having a breast lift without implants. The third image is a photoshopped version of what I think could be good, with what I already have, but I don’t have any idea if it could really work.

Ever since I was a teenager, my mum would poke fun at me saying my boobs were saggy and now more than ever I think she’s right. But I’d love to do something about it without too much intervention and aggression, but I’m not sure what’s possible or not. I’d be grateful for your thoughts! Thanks so much :)

I’m a super fan of alexa chung (especially early 2010’s, circa alex turner phase lmao) and i just stumbled upon some early pictures of her - made me realise how much she has changed and got me wondering if she has had any plastic surgery, specially a nose job, as i always thought she was all natural. what do y’all think?
