Clear marketing notification?

This is on iPhone. I got a notification for the myAudi over a month ago, I think. I remember that notification preview was definitely marketing related, I think about something related to a slave on subscription services or something. I can't figure out how to clear this notification. I've looked at the Subscription Dashboard, News, Status, and Alerts sections. If I click the profile thing in the upper-right corner and select Subscriptions it says that the store is unreachable. I'm wondering if that is where the notification is coming from and if that's why it won't clear

Using special cars from garage (360)

Hi everyone, I starting playing this again on my Xbox 360 after not playing it since 2013 (time flies 😭)! I had about a third of the game done, and now I'm going to finish it, hopefully before GTA VI comes out lol. Since it's been so long, I don't remember a lot about the game's various systems. I did some searching, and from what I gather, the way the garages work are different in the current gen version of the game.

In single player, when I enter a garage, for example, the Grove Street Garage, I can bring up a menu of "special cars" and I have 28 to choose from. Is there any cost/downside to spawning cars this way? It doesn't seem to cost anything (the character's bank account doesn't change). I'm just surprised this feature exists. Did I unlock it somehow?
