Looking for an A&S class that targets stability for the rotator cuff

I’m wanting to add a class or two that targets the rotator cuff. I’ve going through some 10 min A&S, but none include external rotation.

I usually add that after my workouts, but I would like a class that did that.

Today was soup Saturday. This is a simple soup. I used what I had on hand.

Sautéed onion and celery, then added some garlic.

2 boxes of broth. 1 was chicken broth the other was vegetable.

Added carrots, potatoes, and white kidney beans.

It was 5 carrots, about 8 red potatoes, and 2 cans of beans.

I simmered that for about 20 minutes then used an immersion blender to thicken it a bit. I then added spinach.

I seasoned with some thyme and rosemary, as well a salt and pepper.

I ended up making a lot more than I needed. I only had 19oz cans of beans instead of the 15oz ones, so I increased the potatoes and carrots to even it out. )

I’ll be eating this all week.

I picked up fresh bread on clearance at Wally World and made some garlic bread. It was perfect.
