Fighting severe anemia, glucose constantly high.

I have just been diagnosed with severe Iron Deficiency Anemia and my glucose seems to be in a huge fight with the vitamins that help with anemia. Anybody have any suggestions?

Someday it does not feel like I’m managing diabetes. But then this, not too bad a for food cheat . You can do this.
