The pinnacle of the Gaydon-era Astons

Hi guys I'm trying to remove the passenger upper timing cover and this pully is sitting on top of one of the bolts. I looked over the shop manual and there's only one picture shows remove 3 bolts, which I did, but the pully is not coming off. I tried to knock it off with a rubber mallet and it didn't work either. Any advice on how to possibly remove this? Thank you all in advance.
