Can we do that, and vice versa, can a student from laguna request documents in manila campus?

I’ll be condo-ing soon and its highly probable I’ll go in The Manila Residences Tower 1.

Details:
- Studio type
- 10th floor
- Might get top bunk bed or a foam bed without frame.
- Shared with two other males
- Total monthly expenses are around 5.7k - 6.4k

Is it the standard? Is it a steal? Is it not worth it?

Is it also maipis in that bldg? How good is the gym?
