Hello, as title suggests, i am stuck in this bootloop because windows bsods with a Memory Management error, and is not leaving any dumps (checked minidumps and memory.dmp, both are older than the issue)

I ran memtest, all pass 0 errors.

I tried removing one stick and leaving the other, error still shows.

I have a windows installation bootable USB, is there anything i can do?

My configuration:

Mobo: x299 ud4 pro (bios recently updated yesterday from F3 to F10d directly) - no xmp profile enabled

Ram: 2x8 gb corsair 3100mhz

Cpu: i7 9800x

Gpu: gtx 980ti
