I order the CC2 and some other things from Elegoo around 8 hours ago. I haven’t gotten any sort of confirmation or anything and it doesn’t show up in my account either. However, it shows up in my bank account (used a credit card). Is this normal? Also when I checked out I didn’t get any tax on my order which was weird and when I paid with my card number the website crashed and it said the purchase went through but wasn’t able to take me back to my account so had I had to reload the page.
This is my first time shopping there and it was quite a bit of money so I am kind of nervous.

I live in the US.

I am new to 3D printing and currently in the market to buy a new one. I was looking into Bambu Lab but with all the recent controversy, would it still be a good recommendation for a beginner or should I look elsewhere?

I was originally looking into the P1S AMS 2 Combo or P2S.
