I purchased the case from the Nilkin official website on July
After 2 months of using it, I realised that the paint of my phone has been damaged.
I have sent a support email to the customer service, will update here if I hear back from them.
It's an expensive case that I enjoyed using it, but if I had known this case will caused cosmetic damage I would not have purchased it.

I bought the game while I was in Taiwan early this year. The packaging is in Chinese but it supports multiple languages. I want to buy the DLC for it and have been told I need to buy the DLC from the game region. However, I am confused with what region this copy belongs to. I always thought Hong Kong is the Chinese language region but the game cartridge has JPN written there. Should I buy from Japan or Hong Kong?

I tried contacting Sega support in asia region but they are no help at all - requesting a lot of irrelevant information from me like the purchase day, receipt, shop name etc.
