Daphne's Case Files & Brian Entin

Daphne's Case Files & Brian Entin

Daphne's Case Files : Daphne presented a really interesting raft of information today some of which I believe is new—Nancy had put her home up for sale in the past; Annie's different businesses and partners, plus rumors that A&Ts house is up for sale and they are not in the area; electrical permits for Nancy's House, plus the remains of 6 bodies found between May and now in the general vicinity of Hwy 10, including one yesterday.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yOCAKZaO01w

Brian Entin interviews another forensic psychologist person involved in police work. He believes Nancy's abduction was a home invasion gone wrong and states some compelling reasons why.

Backcountry Podcast - Thom Pollard - Everest Chat

Thom Pollard's take on the Everest season, speaking with [Backcountry Pod] (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SHh26dSRWa0) about what happens when the hordes leave the mountain and the remaining few elite (and some not so elite) climbers remain. He shares some fascinating insights into the workings of the mountain and the climbing season.

Pollard is always a blast to listen to IMHO, he was a part of the legendary Everest Research Expedition (cameraman) that found the lost body of Mallory.

It's Now or Never for the 0-2 Crowd

Angela Benavedis reporting for Explorersweb

Title correction: "NO 02 Crowd"

https://explorersweb.com/its-now-or-never-for-no-o2-climbers-on-everest-including-egloff/

May 26, 2026 EliteExped tried to reach the summit, but, as far as we know, they all retreated to Camp 4 after five hours in the wind.

>SummitClimb member Povilas Lengvinas and his Sherpa started their summit push at 8:45 pm Nepal time yesterday, but they turned around before 2 am.

More reporting click on the link

Saulius Damulevicius, climbing without oxygen or Sherpa support

Garrett Madison (on the video below from Camp 4) and Terray Silvester are leaving for the top tonight with a small group of clients

Kristin Harila of Norway, with Mingtemba Sherpa and Pasang Rinzee Sherpa, and Justin Sackett of the U.S., with Tenjing Sherpa, have not yet confirmed, but they may join the final push. Sackett moved up to Camp 3 yesterday and planned to reach Camp 4 this morning. Harila was on her way to Camp 4 earlier today, and she knows tonight is her best chance.

Also, "crazy basejumper" from the UK reportedly headed for summit from camp 2

and much more..

Thanks for the great reporting Ben! Best of luck to you and the team going forward into your new adventures.

  • Biyaya was the first person from his community to summit Mt Everst in 2019 - (3 summits at the time of his passing) - he was 35 years old. Cause of death has not been determined AFAIK.

Ben Ayers of 'Everest Live' takes a deep but gentle dive into Nepal's society, its foundations, and some of its norms and where Bijaya fit into that mosaic. (not sure why my embedded links are not going live.
