Has anyone built the "opposite" of the DIY dock yet? I am going to have some permanently mounted DIY docks, and would love to be able to use the DIY dock to attach pulleys, carabiners, etc.

Wondering if someone has a recommendation on a fab shop that could do a very simple job. I have a 3"x3" 1/4" thick steel square tube that I need two 5/8" holes drilled 4" apart.
All I have are hand tools, and the hole needs to be pretty straight through both walls of the tube (for a bolt to go through it). Imagine it'll be a 15-20 minute job for someone with a drill press.
