Extreme DOMS in Adductors from Bulgarian split squats
Is this super common and how can I avoid it? I only did 5x2 each leg to failure and My inner thighs are spasming with basic movement 3 days later. Higher frequency? Lower the weight? It’s the only exercise that causes actual pain while healing.
