Extreme DOMS in Adductors from Bulgarian split squats

Is this super common and how can I avoid it? I only did 5x2 each leg to failure and My inner thighs are spasming with basic movement 3 days later. Higher frequency? Lower the weight? It’s the only exercise that causes actual pain while healing.

What worked for me in 2 months!

Enclomephine.

I was on Omega 3, Multi, CoQ10, D3, Ashwagandha, Boron, Tongat Ali, Magnesium Citrate. Nothing made a huge impact until I hopped on Enclomephine. More than doubled my test and my wife is pregnant after 2 months! Nasty stomach bug for 1 day—may have been a symptom—but that has been the only downside!

Edit: I also started eating really clean. No additives and kept my phone in my back pocket.
