Reapplying to Aritzia after not getting the job

Applied to Aritzia last month and got an interview, but unfortunately I wasn't hired. I really do want to work here eventually, so I'm hoping to try again.

I've noticed the recruiter still regularly posts that they're looking for employees on Linkedin, but the job posting is still the exact same one I applied to, so it won't let me apply again.

How long should I wait before trying to apply again? Should I wait for a new posting or are there other ways to show I'm still interested? Anyone else have experience reapplying?

Post interview

I had an interview last week and the hiring manager said the latest they would get back to me is next Friday. Well it's Friday and I'm losing hope, it is safe to say I didn't get the job? They did say if I didn't get it then they just wouldn't call.

I just thought the interview went well so kinda disappointed

Cenovus IT New Grad Program

To everyone who has applied to the IT position, have you received a one way interview invitation? Or, if you've applied to other new grad positions, what was the turnaround time on receiving the one way interview

Applying to different locations

Hi, I recently applied to one location and completed an assessment. Was wondering if I need to do another assessment if I apply to a different location

Requesting more student aid

Has anyone requested for more aid and gotten an approval? The amount I was approved for does cover for almost all my tuition but I barely have none leftover for living expenses during my studies and was looking to request a bit more. Looking at the student aid website it looks like my annual loan limit is way more than what I was given so I hope it’s worth a shot. Wanted to hear others experiences

Not at fault accident, driver wants to pay out of pocket

Hi everyone, I was recently in a minor car accident where this car rear-ended my car at a yield sign (had to yield to traffic). We exchanged information, and at first glance, the damage looked very minor, just some light scratches on the bumper cover. The driver offered to pay for the repairs out of pocket because they thought it wouldn't cost much.

I took my car to get an estimate, and it came back over $1000 because the cover tabs or something underneath was damaged, so they need to replace the entire cover. The body shop also said there could be additional hidden damage, but they won't know until they begin the repairs. I'll also need to rent a car while it's in the shop, which is expected to take a couple of days, possibly longer.

I sent the driver the estimate, and they were surprised by the cost. They said they're still willing to pay for the repairs but asked if I could cover the rental car instead. I told them that I'm not paying for the rental costs, and they would need to pay full costs, including hidden damages (if any) and the rental. They got back to me and said they'll pay the estimated amount/rental at the shop and then cover whatever balance is left once the final cost is determined, including any additional charges if there are any. Even though they say they'll cover everything, I'm still skeptical about handling this privately because I'm worried they could still back out when it's time to pay the remaining balance.

Now I'm debating whether to just continue this privately or tell them I've changed my mind and just do it through insurance. If I'm being honest, insurance would definitely make me less stressed, but I feel bad for the driver. How should I go about this? Idek how I would let them know without being an ass. Has anyone been in a similar situation?

Car accident not at fault: claim insurance or let them pay out of pocket

I sent the driver the estimate, and they were surprised by the cost. They said they're still willing to pay for the repairs but asked if I could cover the rental car instead. Now I'm not sure if I should agree, since the accident wasn't my fault. They mentioned that they don't make much money, and I do feel bad for them. At the same time, I'm worried that if the body shop finds additional damage, they may not be able or willing to cover the extra costs.

Now I'm debating whether to claim with insurance or just let them pay. Has anyone been in a similar situation?
