Have been using the Fittr hart ring for a little over two weeks now. Finally gave up my Apple Watch Ultra. I only use it while sleeping now as I love the way it gently wakes you up by tapping on your hand. As for the hart ring, I am genuinely impressed by the quality of tracking I get on the app. I have been wanting to do away with the Apple Watch for a while now as it was getting extremely distracting. For now I’m super happy with this change. Let’s see.

It was the first Friday night without a World Cup match since a month. I slept through most of Saturday as well. 9 hours 30 of deep sleep. My watch thinks I d!ed and came back. Sleep debt: paid in full, with interest.

When the mid week blues hits, at least the office desk should feel like a happy place.
