I have been following VLA research for a while and seeing good demos. I am wondering if anyone has productionized VLA for their use case ? If so, would love to learn more and what was there the key wins (more data, simulation, architecture) that you would attribute it to ?

Hey community, I am starting to train my younger one, and having a hard time convincing her to use the potty. I want to lead with a child directed method. I was thinking of making it a game - are there any recommendations of how other parents have done this ? Thanks!
