Did anyone here get a tuition fee refund from Warsaw University of Economics (University of Business and Psychology Moderna)? I have been waiting for 8 months

I would like to ask if there is any organization that supports international students with cases where universities delay tuition fee refunds.

I submitted my tuition refund request almost 9 months ago, but I still have not received the refund yet. I have emailed the university many times, but they have not responded.
