prescribed meds and breast milk

i wasn’t sure wether to post in a bf or c section community. i had a c section about 2 weeks ago and i was prescribed oxy for pain. i was told by a nurse that it doesn’t affect my milk so i never thought to research. during my night feed i looked it up and am getting different results from what i was told. i was only prescribed 5 5mg with no refill so it’s not going to be a continued thing. i was wondering if anyone was also prescribed the same and if it affected you or baby negatively?

even out breast sizes help

my boobs are very noticeably different sizes. i’ve read that it’s just anatomy and you can’t fix it, that it’s been a problem just more apparent now. has anyone had to deal with this and able to fix it? i had DDs before pregnancy so now they’re huge 😭

what do i do

my 10 day old won’t burp no matter how much and techniques i try. i hold him up for as long as i can usually an hour or more and he’ll start gagging and eventually spit up. i’ll hold him, try to burp him, and then he’ll fall asleep so i put him down after still holding him for a while. he’ll sleep for 2 hours and then spit up again. the gagging and coughing are starting to scare me. pediatrician didn’t seem really concerned. i don’t know what to do and i feel like a terrible mother.

does my incision look okay? the cleaner stitched side stings just a little and the part with the arrow i’ve dabbed a tiny bit of green pus off of twice. my underwear line doesn’t sit right on it but i think it sits in the fold sometimes.

i’m 1 wk pp and i drive, walk a decent amount, only started some laundry, basically do everything for my baby. i dont lift anything more than baby. i try not to use my core as much as i can but that’s been the hardest thing to do. i only have internal pain if i cough or mis-time my meds. am i doing too much, will i regret it?
