Ordered sale vial but processed for regular vial

So I tried to order the Pom sale tirz. I am already a patient for sermorelin and get my tirz through my clinician. So I went online, filled out the form, selected I wanted the sale vial, uploaded my script, etc. I was approved. I went and completed my order. And after I paid, I realized they had me down for a 1 month starter and NOT the sale vial. I did choose the sale vial. So I texted them and they said since I already paid and it was sent to the pharmacy, there was nothing they could do. So I asked if I could just ALSO order the sale vial. And they said they would check in with my assigned clinician and get back to me. But that was days ago. I'm worried they will sell out. Can I just go online and order it? Or does it have to be timed for when you are due for another bottle? Thanks!

Edit: I was able to just order the 40mg vial as a second/refill order. I had to sign an acknowledgement of BUD and send that back. One thing that is important to note: I did NOT do an async appt this time because I wanted to explain it. That turned out to be the right decision because at first there was confusion and the person I spoke with was going to send me another typical one month starter. So I clarified again, no I mean the 40mg BPI sale vial. Just in case it helps someone else, I'm leaving this up. Thanks to Josefa at Pom!

Great for inflammation so far!

I wanted to share my journey in case it helps anyone. I started on May 1 on 2.0mg tirz. Just titrated up to 2.5mg. I had a bit of extra weight (overweight but not 27 BMI), so I started a little higher in my dose. Mostly because my weight is primarily in my middle, which is really bad for your health, and can mean insulin resistance (I did not have this tested).

Primarily though I began my tirz journey to reduce inflammation. I have had ankylosing spondylitis for over 30 years. And while my meds work pretty good, there hasn't been a day where I haven't had some sort of baseline pain. It contributed to weight gain because my joints hurt, which compounded the AS symptoms. My inflammation panels looked ok, but I knew they were not truly reflecting what was going on. For instance, I have this patch of eczema that's been on my shin, flaring up, for over 4 years. Nothing was helping.

Within 2 weeks of my first dose, I noticed the eczema patch healing. Within 4 weeks, completely healed! By 6 weeks, ALL my pain was gone! The joint under my big toe was constantly inflamed because it couldn't rest enough to heal. And suddenly it was all gone. This is the first time in over 30 years I've been pain free! And when the barimetric pressure changes outside, that's usually a recipe for a flare up, and now it gives a little notice and then goes away.

I only upped to 2.5 mg because I do want to continue the weight loss. I was losing on 2 mg, but food noise was coming back pretty hard. I'll stay here until I get to goal weight and then move back down to 2 (or even lower) for maintenance and continued inflammation relief.

This has really been life changing for me. I began HRT that helped a lot, but this is like the final missing piece. My inflammation markers have gone down too! I was so scared and hesitant to try it. My only regret is that I didn't start it sooner. If you're on the fence, maybe consider my story (and others like it). If you've been living with an auto immune that has affected your quality of life, this might help!

Sermorelin and hypothyroidism experiences?

I'm starting sermorelin therapy and am just now reading info on how it can be ineffective if you have hypothyroidism. I have it but am being treated for it (though my TSH and T4 are normal, my T3 is low (but my PCP is stubbornly ignoring this saying I'm fine). I'm wondering if anyone has experiences of taking sermorelin while on levothyroxine? Thanks!

Sermorelin: when to seek a refill

Hi all! I know this has been asked and answered about GLP1. I was wondering if others had any insight into when you should start the refill process for sermorelin (so you don't have a gap) and what the best process is: refill or do intake again. Thanks!

Filters keep deleting my post even though I am asking about a possible fulfillment mistake

I am not asking for advice on anything forbidden, just about a possible fulfillment mistake. I did not receive the amount of sermorelin (from Hallandale) I was supposed to. The vial will not last 3 months. Asking for others' experiences. Thanks!

Sermorelin vial only six mL

Trying again. Wondering if someone can help me understand. I ordered a three months supply of sermorelin (Hallandale) but the 6ml vial I received would only last for 2 months. No refills. Has this happened to anyone else?

Sermorelin vial: 6ml vial not enough for 3 months?

Wondering if someone can help me understand. I ordered a three months supply of sermorelin (Hallandale). I'm supposed to use 13 units 5x a week. However my vial is only 6 m L total (and says no refills) which is not enough for three months. Has anyone else encountered this? Thanks!

Wondering if anyone has heard anything. I noticed on Pom's website that some of their skin care offerings include GHK-Cu. I'm wondering if there is a plan to make this an injection in the future, given that the peptide is going to be re-reviewed this summer to make it available again. It could be a great help in skin laxity from weight loss.

My appointment ghosted today. It was a phone call as a new patient getting a new prescription for Sermorelin. Not a refill, not GLP1, not asynchronous. The FAQ has the main phone number, but not a number you can text. Alas. (Also there was no message regarding 7-10 day wait or anything like that when I set up the appointment.). Just totally ghosted. I did leave a voicemail, an email, and an in-app message.

I know there are delays because of the GLP1 med stuff. But I had my phone call appointment confirmed. One weird thing is they said they would send an intake form before my appointment and they never did (and it's not in their app); though I did answer a bunch of Qs when setting up the appointment (which are not reflected in the app).

Does anyone have the number to text them? I hope I'm not just out 50$. Thanks!

EDIT: I was able to get in contact! They called the wrong number (so weird bc in the portal, my phone number wasn't there at all--but I added it in just now). Simple human error. All set now!
