Pre-approved personal loan for used car

I’m looking to purchase a 2015 lexus with 137k miles. I know you should always try and get pre-approved at a bank for lower interest rates but most banks cap their limit to 10 years or younger or 100k miles or less.

I was able to get to pre-approved for a personal loan for $15k at 8.75%. Can this be considered a pre-approved auto loan bargaining chip for lowered interest rate financing at the dealership? I would just essentially be paying cash if I go the personal loan route. I only got this personal loan pre-approval as a precaution in the chance that the dealership financing is a high interest rate on this used car. My Experian credit score is 765.

Good deal on 13-15 rx350

I’m in the market for a 2013-2015 rx350 base (assume premium package, not luxury), as I heard those were the best years. Realistically what is considered a good deal for an OTD price on a 2013-2015 w/ 100-120k miles and clean history + good maintenance history?

Thanks in advance. Hope to join the Lexus family soon!
