ough....
its hard to tell if "symptoms" i'm having are a real health issue or if i'm just overthinking normal things ur body does and/or psychosomatic anxiety symptoms
i feel like i'm going to be worried about it forever and i'm scared something bad will happen if i don't do anything about it
it's specifically i've been paranoid i have a heart or breathing condition because i keep having shortness of breath after doing small things and i've been having chest tightness and pains but also i have a big fear of being seen as a hypochondriac by doctors so its a lose lose situation

i swear im not lazy i just can't find it and i want to show it to my therapist 😭 it was like a bunch of different people illustrating how people can experience fronting / headmates kind of??? i'm sorry i'm explaining this so terribly lmao
