big chop

i think my long hair was really nice and suited my face but lately feeling annoyed and got bored of it.
and also moving to new country and taking care of hair(even just brushing and washing ) starts feeling like a chore.
idk what got me but i just chopped it all two days ago. it felt sad for a moment but i feel lighter to not feel attached to it.
the new cut is not the prettiest i know
but never felt pretty anyway.
i m just trying not to feel anxious or any sort of hair centered reaction to myself everytime i look myself in the mirror

just sharing it with somebody who might relate to my feelings
although might delete later cause it feels weird to post my face on social media lol

Proud of this one (tuna porridge) Swipe for detailed nutrition q

443cal , 44.9g protein
making use of my mini manual food processor

cauliflower and daikon radish into the hand chopper
canned tuna
smoked salmon
ham tranche
frozen cooked rice
splash of soy sauce and pinch of salt
into the pot
water (add more if you like less thick porridge)

i love daikon radish so every bite is so yummy
i m amazed how quick this come together and high in protein
also it is because we clear out the fridge we throw in salmon and ham. i feel like if u use one full tuna can , it is 24g of protein so can still be high in protein, and simpler recipe

What do you think about my routine

I am 27 F , cook whole food at home , no junk, fairly active(four times gym per week) ,

i wash my face with the facewash only in the morning
oxecure for two times a day
cicaplast baume B5plus at night after oxecure
sunscreen everytime when i go out
makeup only one two times per week
and i shave my face maybe three times per month

i feel so humbled today while taking a close up pic with my new phone
it looks dirty and dehydrated

i dont have a budget to buy more products honestly
and i just kinda give up to achieve a decent skin

i m just thinking to keep on using these and wondering if there is sth i can do in my capacity to upgrade

thank you guys. have a beautiful day !

Jardin des Tuileries in the rain

my first time walking through here in the rain and seeing all those chair being empty feels kinda weird haha
but truly a magical feeling to be there without a big crowd moving. it strikes me how wonderful it is that the garden doesn’t feel lonely at all ,if anything, it feels monumental
