organizational tips for incoming college student w/ unmedicated ADHD

need to figure out a system to stay on top of things in college because in high school i would procrastinate horrible on assignments, miss deadlines, routinely pull all-nighters, etc. My main problem with school is procrastination and bad time management (bad time blindness/will feel zero sense of urgency to do something until 12am on the day it's due), and on top of that smaller tasks (setting up appointments, sending emails) are literally impossible for me to keep track of because I forget to do them. I've tried writing things down in a physical planner, apps, notes, etc. but will completely forget to check said apps/straight up lose the planner. Unless something is literally in my face I will forget to do it (I've literally had to cover my phone with sticky notes with tasks written down on them because out of sight out of mind. any (free) apps/tips? I want to run literally everything from one app that I can access from multiple devices that will also give me reminders/be in my face about stuff to do. I also have an iPad if that makes any difference

anyone know anything about prof murugan (psyc 110)?

as title says, taking murugan for psyc 110 and a little worried because she seems to have just recently finished grad school, has no reviews on rmp, and the few posts i can find about her on here are extremely negative. all other intro psyc sections are full - should i try to get on the waitlist for kazama or tasimi?

I (18F) am finishing my senior year at an extremely competitive prep school, and was finally admitted to a T25 university. After suffering through this hypercompetitive school and the college process, I'm extremely burnt out and depressed, and have literally zero motivation to do anything. I've lost interest in every single hobby I had, have no clue what I want to study in college or do with my life, and just feel horrible in general (I'm struggling considerably more than most of my peers and am quite severely mentally ill, so this isn't just senioritis symptoms or me feeling general burnout).

I want to do as well as I can in college right off the bat and take advantage of the opportunities afforded to me by the school I will be attending. However, I don't think that I will be able to do this effectively in my current state, and will just end up burnt out and struggling as I have been for the past four years of high school. Thus, I wanted to take a gap year to improve my mental and physical health, and hopefully be more motivated and have more of a sense of direction when I go to college.

I'm worried, though, that taking a gap year will be a waste of time and leave me with nothing to do i.e. I will end up doomscrolling most of the year away and not feel better at all when I do end up going to college a year behind my peers. I'm scared that I will not be able to motivate myself properly, and while I have considered WWOOFing, I can't spend the entire year doing programs like that (and also don't even particularly like nature..!). Staying at home is also a bit unideal because of my current situation.

Will the next few months be enough time to recover from burnout if I decide to not take the gap year (I also specifically want to try and recover from severe misophonia and acne/go on Accutane)? Will I be faced with a situation year where I'm a year behind my peers and isolated in my hometown while everyone else moves on with their life if I take the gap year? Will I be able to start college slowly and figure things out as I go if I just decide to attend this Fall?

I know that no one can really answer these questions for me, but I just want someone to provide me with advice because I'm totally lost. I want to go to college but hate the person I currently am (and want a year to grow and change) and am worried I will have a worse time in school if I attend now.
