Does anyone get distress by just imagining what you think you look like from people’s perspective?

I genuinely can’t even do anything without thinking what I look like from a third person perspective or when I’m in public what other people see. I can’t handle reflections or shadows of myself either which will make me spiral but not as bad pictures or videos. I do not feel like I’m built normal or even a normal face

anyone else suffer with every mirror making you look different and having a cope mirror and how pictures make you look way different than the mirror?

Quite literally every mirror changes the size of how I look, one mirror can make me look extremely skinny, small, and ugly looking while another mirror can make me look normal sized and look atleast average which completely messes me up badly where everyone looks the same in every mirror and photo as they do irl. it's given me the mindset to just assume that the worst looking version is the actual me and the decent looking version is just my brain coping. even every reflection and my shadow gives me insecurity about my body, face and head size.
