I’m the founder of Acelera AI, a tech consultancy and distribution firm based in Florida. I’m flying in for the BEYOND Expo at The Venetian later this month to connect with hardware and robotics manufacturers, and I’m looking to hire two local freelancers or university students to join my team on the floor from May 27-30.

Role 1: Camera Operator (Raw Footage Only)

• The Job: Shadow me on the expo floor and capture high-quality B-roll of AI hardware, robotics, and vendor networking.

• Requirements: You must have your own professional mirrorless setup (4K preferred), a gimbal for stable walking shots, and a wireless lapel mic to cut through the expo noise. An iphone with a gimbal also works. Actually the Iphone set up is preferred.

• The Best Part: No editing required. Just dump the raw files onto my portable SSD at the end of each day and you're done.

• Pay: $200 USD / day ($800 USD total).

Role 2: Bilingual Lead Generation Assistant

• The Job: Act as my business liaison and data manager during high-level vendor negotiations.

• Requirements: Fluent in Mandarin and English (Cantonese is a great bonus). You need to be tech-savvy, comfortable approaching tech executives, and highly organized to log contacts and product specs using digital business card scanners.

• Pay: $100 USD / day ($400 USD total).

• Dates: May 27 – 30, 2026

• Location: The Venetian Macao

• Passes: I will purchase your Expo General Pass so you have full access.

• Payment: Can be made in USD, the HKD/MOP equivalent, PayPal, or Wise at the end of the event.
