We’re going to view this property soon but it’s a weird one. It’s definitely not detached but is it end of terrace or semi detached?

Great car but such a lack of storage space.
It’s only when you and a passenger drive for long enough to need two coffees that you realise there’s not enough room for two regular cups.
And the glove box can only fit sunglasses and box of mints. The entire left compartment can’t hold anything. Even an old fashioned map!

Oscar skips his meals during this warmer weather. He’s 6 and has never liked the summer months. A garden paddling pool doesn’t help … he just thinks it’s a giant water bowl!

I have the free version for personal stuff on my iPhone. Just recently, it’s stopped saving data. I only have 6 boards so it’s not as though I’m up to the limit for the free version. The “Save” button is greyed out so everything I typed into it yesterday never saved.
Does anyone else have the same problem?
My husband and I are selling our house. I was the one who first contacted the EA and led the initial meeting when the EA first viewed the property.
I’ve also been the sole decision maker regarding the photos they included in the details asking them to change two photos and submitting ideas (such as cropping the main photo to reduce the look of a rather ugly fence). They’ve been happy to make the changes.
BUT … they’ve insisted on sending the T&C’s for signing to my husband BEFORE myself. The Adobe document only appeared in my inbox after my husband had signed them first.
We’re in 2026 … has anyone else had the same thing? I’ve not mentioned it as I just want the house to get on the market, but once it’s under offer I think I will have to ask why.
They’re the best performing EA in our area with a huge success rate, so I’m not wanting to go elsewhere, but I am intrigued.
We’re relocating 200 miles later this year from West Yorkshire to Suffolk. Do we choose a removals company near to where we’re moving from or to?
