Interested in trying microdosing

Hey everyone. Newb here. Im thinking about getting into microdosing psilocybin for just overall mental health and some slight alcohol abuse issues. Im mostly just curious if there is a certain strain that people suggest for someone just wanting to try it out. I've used mushrooms recreationally in my younger years so I have a little experience. I plan on trying to grow my own, so suggestions for that are welcome as well.

I'm trying to work on getting my score up. I've got my first credit card coming soon. I've got a few questions. How much should I try to spend on it? When should I pay the bill? And should I pay the whole thing off everytime? TIA

Student loans

I have some student loans that I got a little behind on. I got then caught up now. My question is would it be better for my credit score to pay them off completely or just start and continue making on time payments?
